Job Responsibilities
- Customer Calls & Follow-Up – Make outbound calls to customers from the prior day for quality checks and follow-up to ensure satisfaction with services
• Scheduling & Appointments – Call maintenance customers to schedule service visits, ensuring timely and efficient appointment booking
• Promotions & Sales – Reach out to customers on the list to offer promotions and special deals on services and products
• Review Management – Follow up on customer reviews, addressing both positive and negative feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained
• Inbound Customer Service – Provide general inbound customer service, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Customer Interaction – Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing them with relevant information about services, scheduling, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Service Titan Usage – Track customer interactions, scheduling, and service history through Service Titan or similar software to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Team Collaboration – Work alongside other team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Customer Satisfaction – Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Experience – 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related field
• Communication Skills – Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• Problem Solving – Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Tech Savvy – Comfortable using customer service software like Service Titan to track and manage service calls
• Customer-Focused – Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers
• Attention to Detail – A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and scheduling
• Team Player – Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
