Job Responsibilities
- Customer Consultations – Visit customers’ homes and provide professional consultations for HVAC system replacements
• Sales & Recommendations – Present tailored solutions and help homeowners choose the best HVAC products for their comfort and efficiency needs
• Building Quotes – Create detailed estimates for HVAC replacement projects and follow up with customers to assist in moving sales forward
• Customer Satisfaction – Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have throughout the process
• Technical Knowledge – Stay up to date on new HVAC products, energy efficiency options, and emerging technologies in the industry
• Clear Communication – Explain HVAC system features, benefits, and financing options to ensure homeowners make informed decisions
• Project Coordination – Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution from consultation to installation
• Follow-Up & Relationship Building – Keep in touch with customers to maintain strong relationships and generate future business through referrals
• Service Titan Software – Use industry-leading software to track quotes, follow-ups, and job details efficiently
Qualifications
- Sales Experience – 2+ years of in-home sales experience, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry
• HVAC Knowledge – Understanding of heating and cooling systems, energy efficiency, and industry best practices (preferred but not required)
• Customer-Focused – Strong ability to connect with homeowners, understand their needs, and provide expert recommendations
• Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Self-Motivated – Driven to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Attention to Detail – Ability to create accurate project estimates and ensure all details are clearly communicated to the customer
• Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Technology Proficiency – Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM software is a plus
