Job Responsibilities
- Plumbing System Installation & Repair – Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential properties, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
• System Inspections & Testing – Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and compliance with local codes and regulations
• Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for customers
• Customer Engagement – Handle customer queries and troubleshoot/resolve problems during service calls, ensuring clear communication about the issue, solution, and pricing
• Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep plumbing systems running efficiently and prevent future problems
• Cost Estimates – Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for plumbing work based on customer needs
• Service Titan Software – Use Service Titan software to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of work completed
• Code Compliance – Ensure all plumbing work follows local and national plumbing codes and regulations
• Weekend-Only Shifts – Work exclusively during weekend hours, providing high-quality plumbing services to customers during peak weekend demand
Qualifications
- Experience – 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role AND have P2 License
• Skills – Good communication and listening skills to work effectively with customers
• Service Software – Knowledge of Service Titan or similar software is a plus
• Technical Expertise – Proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures, with expertise in common plumbing tasks like soldering and water heater replacements
• Attention to Detail – Ability to follow instructions carefully, ensure accurate estimates, and complete work according to safety and quality standards
• Customer-Focused – A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high satisfaction
• Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed, and perform tasks that require physical labor
