Field Leadership – Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC technicians in the field to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Job Site Management – Oversee residential HVAC service and installation projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards
Technical Support – Provide on-site troubleshooting and advanced technical guidance for complex system issues
Training & Development – Help onboard new technicians and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continued skill growth and adherence to company procedures
Quality Control – Conduct job audits, inspect work quality, and verify safety compliance across all field operations
Customer Relations – Resolve escalated customer concerns and represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Scheduling & Coordination – Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and performance evaluations
Safety Oversight – Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Service Software Use – Utilize Service Titan or equivalent platforms to monitor job progress, technician performance, and job notes
Experience – 5+ years in residential HVAC service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role
Technical Expertise – In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, diagnostics, and repairs
Leadership Abilities – Proven ability to motivate, train, and lead a team in a fast-paced field environment
Customer Service Focus – Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work on ladders, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record required for company vehicle use
