Job Responsibilities

• Hands-On Training – Work closely with experienced plumbers and installers to gain real-world experience and learn plumbing best practices

• Residential Plumbing Support – Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential homes

• Material & Equipment Handling – Help with parts, tools, deliveries, and site setup to ensure efficient workflow

• Tool Operation – Safely operate hand and power tools used in plumbing, following safety protocols at all times

• Physical Labor – Perform tasks requiring strength and dexterity, including digging trenches and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Code Compliance – Learn and apply local plumbing codes and industry standards to all work performed

• Service Assistance – Support licensed plumbers with inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting

• Customer Interaction – Learn how to effectively communicate with homeowners, helping explain work and offering recommendations

• Record Keeping – Assist with documenting job progress, service information, and work orders using Service Titan software

Qualifications

• Eagerness to Learn – Passion for the plumbing trade and a willingness to grow through hands-on experience

• Mechanical Aptitude – Any background in plumbing, construction, or mechanical systems is a plus

• Physical Fitness – Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical labor daily

• Tool Knowledge – Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is beneficial

• Communication Skills – Ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members and customers

• Attention to Detail – Capable of following instructions and working to precise standards

• Driver’s License – Valid license with a clean driving record
