Electrical System Installation – Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes
System Inspections & Testing – Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions
Customer Interaction – Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates
Code Compliance – Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes
Service Calls & Estimates – Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work
Documentation – Use ServiceTitan to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used
Safety Compliance – Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service
Customer Service – Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset
Experience – 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role
Licensing – Electrical certification or licensure preferred; technical/trade school background is a plus
Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements
Service Software – Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools is a plus
Communication Skills – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers
Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards
Customer-Focused – Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
