Call The Bee is seeking a driven, customer-focused Drain/Plumbing Advisor to identify residential drain and plumbing issues, educate homeowners on their options, and recommend solutions that improve the safety, reliability, and performance of their home's plumbing system.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultations & Solution Selling
- Meet with homeowners to assess drain and plumbing concerns and provide professional recommendations.
- Build trust through thorough inspections, education, and clear communication.
- Present multiple solution options that fit the customer's needs, goals, and budget.
- Guide homeowners through repair, replacement, maintenance, and system upgrade opportunities.
Drain & Sewer System Evaluations
- Perform drain system inspections, sewer camera diagnostics, and system evaluations.
- Identify root causes of drain and sewer issues, including blockages, pipe deterioration, root intrusion, and aging infrastructure.
- Clearly communicate findings using photos, video inspections, and diagnostic reports.
Revenue Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify opportunities for drain cleaning, sewer repair, sewer replacements, water service replacements, repiping, preventative maintenance, and other plumbing solutions.
- Generate profitable sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity and customer service.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
Customer Education
- Help homeowners understand the risks associated with deferred plumbing and drain repairs.
- Explain the long-term benefits of preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and corrective solutions.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns with professionalism and confidence.
Estimating & Proposal Creation
- Prepare accurate estimates and present financing and payment options when applicable.
- Create detailed proposals that clearly outline scope, benefits, and value.
- Follow up on outstanding opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Technology & Documentation
- Utilize ServiceTitan to document inspections, recommendations, customer interactions, estimates, and sales activity.
- Maintain complete and accurate records to support a best-in-class customer experience.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with plumbing and drain technicians to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and field teams to support customer satisfaction and operational success.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing, drain services, sewer diagnostics, or a related home-service field.
- Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with homeowners.
- Previous sales, estimating, in-home consultation, or service advising experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing and drain systems.
- Experience performing sewer camera inspections and evaluating drain system conditions preferred.
- Comfortable presenting multiple solution options and overcoming objections professionally.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field-service software preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
