Call The Bee is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team as a Lead. 10k Signing Bonus 

What YOU will do:

• Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, and boilers with a high level of quality workmanship
• Communicate with homeowners to provide consistent high level customer experience
• Perform system startup on newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
• Complete required paperwork for each job

What YOU will bring:

• 5+ Years of HVAC installation experience
• Connecticut D2 License (at minimum)
• Ability to work in a team
• Understanding of low voltage control wiring
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Ability to work in attics and crawls spaces
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
